I'm Veronika, the founder of the Whole Body Movement and the movement coach.
I have moved my whole life. I tried many sports until I found my love for endurance sports, especially road cycling and, later, running and trail running. I have a background in the life sciences and have been working in the sports field for several years... from the comfort of my office chair.
Especially after I became a mum and my schedule became tight, I had to find other ways to move more without regular workout sessions. And I found. This is the basis for my Whole Body Movement project, where I help people to break their sedentary lifestyles, move more and have healthier and happier lives.
